TEENFIT - Coaching Sessions with Technique at its core
Swimming is proven to be a great stress buster for all ages. It’s a sport where children can immerse themselves away from the outside world, calm their minds and make it their own. Its individual, personal, great exercise and a confidence builder. My classes are an opportunity for children to continue building strength and fitness after their learn to swim programme has finished or if a competitive club environment has not been enjoyable for them.
The classes are suitable for children age 10 to 16 years who are able to swim 100m in all 3 strokes of front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke.
(age 8+ children will be considered based on their ability – please contact me to talk through)
Saturday 4.45pm to 5.45pm and Sunday 6.3pm to 7.30pm
Focus: Supporting your child’s love of swimming through fun aerobic challenges, drills, diving and turns. The classes follow an 8 week macrocycle on a revolving basis to cover streamlining, rotation, breathing, catch, propulsion, arm recovery, kick and endurance. This ensures they continue to refine stroke, minimise drag and increase movement efficiency.
Membership: £40 per month (1 session per week) / £68 per month (2 session per week)
